★J GA complete waste of time and money. Don’t do it. They do not develop the kids to become successful in soccer. All they do is play games. The coaches are very subpar. My son has been in all three of their leagues from YSI to Competitive. They don’t know how to develop soccer players. All they do is coach tactics. They try to win games. The coaches play favorites and we’ll sit your kid on the bench relentlessly even though they tried out made the team and you have paid thousands of dollars. I could not be more disappointed in this program. Communication is nonexistent. You can’t talk to the coaches most of them are jerks. I have no idea who even ran this program. The last few years we were there. No one responds to phone calls or email. But my God they take your money. The last person they had come in that was supposed to run the league gave some big raw speech at the beginning of the season and then was gone in six months. If you’re looking to develop young soccer players, spend your money on private coaching and let them play in a recreational league. GSA is trash.
★★Ultra InstinctThe staff act like they are scared of their jobs and will barely make an effort to contact you for some reason, The phone number that is on the website doesnt work and parents may have problems with this.
★John DoeBeware. This club is totally opaque. There is no communication between club and parents. There is no financial accountability. They get all butt hurt if they are asked to be more accountable. A few players on each team are determined to be the chosen ones, the rest subsidize the progress of the chosen. They claim to be about kids' development - not about club or wins and losses. Don't believe it.
★M WPlayed in the 17u league this year and didn’t know the YSI (part of the GSA for rec soccer) was a High School league. All the teams were rec but they allowed Santa Fe High School to put a team in. I guess all the high schools in the area should enter their team in the league to get practice in.
