It was a horrible experience. Took my daughter and stepdaughter there for their birthday, and a couple of their friends, we went around 4:30, and the place was completely empty. Paid a little over $20 for two attractions and half the games and the game room does not even work. The place is not updated and needs a serious renovation. My daughter hated the experience and stated that we should have just went to Ohio Skate🤦🏾‍♀️

Don't bother spending your money on the expensive birthday parties at this place. My family was here in March for my son's birthday party. We had maybe a 3.5 star experience, he had fun and there was enough to do to keep kids entertained. They had some skating assist tools on wheels to help kids skate who were new to it or nervous. Our party host was nice and helpful, and she came by our table a lot to check in even though the place was very busy. A lot of the arcade games were out of order, but overall a not-terrible experience and my kids were excited to be back. Fast-forward to my daughter's birthday party. In only two months time, our experience became much worse. The biggest and most baffling change was with the skate-assisting tools. Instead of having them sitting around for anyone to use, they were locked up and you are now required to PAY to RENT them. They're cheap pieces of plastic for kids to use, why are they making us pay for them when they were always free? Making families pay for something that makes kids feel safe and keeps them from being injured is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard. The level of greed involved is insane to me, especially when families pay $280+ for these parties. You're allowed 10 kids for a birthday party, and if all 10 kids need help skating, you're forced to pay another $50 for these things to help them skate. If you have young kids who are new to skating, expect to pay more than you were originally planning. We barely saw our party host, they were hard to find and maybe came to check on our party twice in the three hours we were there despite it being much less busy this time. Each kid at the party gets an included $5 game card for the arcade, but most of the games are still out of order. The ones that are working take a crazy amount of credits, so your $5 card will only let you play maybe three games if you're lucky. You would think they would have the money to fix their machines with all their greedy business practices. You get one pizza and two pitchers of pop included with a party, but one pizza is not enough for 10 kids. If you want another pizza and pitcher of pop, expect to pay another $27. I would find another place to have your kid's party that doesn't make you pay for every small convenience. I'm only giving this place 2 stars because of the barely decent experience we had the first time.

Ok place. The game room had 16 machines out of service...air hockey, basketball, ski ball and many more popular games. The "birthday host" sat in a unseen corner the entire night and seemed bothered when I asked her for extra plates and forks. The birthday tables are in a dark corner and with other parties going on, there was a very narrow walk place which was hard to get through. The kids seemed to have fun! But we didn't stay the full 3 hours. Won't go back and pay $35ish a kid. Laser tag is down too... I really think this place had alot of potential but its run down now.

Very run down and rude staff. The amount of money you pay to go here and the experience you don’t equal each other. The only nice part is the roller rink. Went to the arcade half the games don’t and some that are turned on take your credit and staff is too lazy to turn them off or put a sign on them, when you go to get tickets they are missed marked and the manager won’t fixed it, so kids do the math to get what they want and she does care. The jungle gym area has zero staff around so kids are insanely aggressive and mean.

Visited April 4th. I am furious. I came in with a couple of kids. Two of them chose to play on the jungle gym which was nice. The other child wanted to play arcade games. The games were lit up but more than half of them were out of order or not working. I had already purchased 30 dollars worth of magic points with no warning about the games. They were magic all right. 30 dollars gone!!
