★Skye DucharmeFront desk worker was extremely rude to multiple people in our party. Second experience here with terrible customer service. Cash only in 2026 for concessions is insane. If you’re going to make me throw out my energy drink, it would be nice if I could buy one there. There were multiple kids asking strangers for money. Looks like their parents just dropped them off. They were asking for money the entire 3 hour duration of our party. It was also unbelievably hot inside. The only good thing I have to say is that our party host was great.

We have been taking advantage of their summer camp for the last few years and we love everything about it. Just enough structure to keep the kids busy but still enough freedom to just be kids and enjoy the summer. My daughter looks forward to her time there every year and that makes me happy to know she feels safe and secure there while being able to enjoy her vacation and I can go to work without worry. I’d give them a million stars if it were an option.

★★★Taylor MaisHad a good time here tonight! The only downside was the constant dragged out speeches on the microphone — it was pretty distracting. I also really hope you all consider investing in walkers for the kids. I came home with a very upset toddler because he wasn’t able to skate successfully, and it made it hard for me to fully enjoy myself since I spent most of the time trying to help him get the hang of it. He kept saying, “I’m just going to sit on the side mama and watch you,” and as a parent that was tough. I traveled from Lake Charles to skate with my boy, and while we did have fun, I truly feel the experience could have been even better if there were walkers available to help the little ones and beginners learn the movement of skating.
