The FSU Summer Music Camps, run by the Florida State University College of Music in Tallahassee since 1942, are one of the country's oldest and largest summer music programs. Across June and July they offer 14 one-week camps for elementary, middle- and high-school musicians at beginner through advanced levels, covering band, orchestra, guitar, voice and more. Campers can attend as day campers or as overnight campers housed in a nearby dorm with a dining hall.
