Clean Christian camp. It is not diverse. Mostly Caucasian but they are decent and polite. A few things to consider: they have clicks! They have groups and so new campers are left out. They aren’t picked on but they are not included in groups. Upon entering the camp, my kids were told the bunks were ALEADY saved even though that person didn’t even arrive, and so they had no choice in selecting their bed. Also update the photographers. The photographers take pictures of most their friends. For instance, on a Monday, I received 38 photos. One was of my child whose face was in the background and 14 of them were of the same groups of girls. You would even see multiple pictures of the same girls in same settings like the picture was set in slow motion. Overall, my kids said they did not want to go back.

My son has been going to Frontier Camp since he was 7 years old and now he is 13! The camp counselors and staff are kind and loving to my child and he has always had the most fun going! My son has often come home talking about his adventures in particularly fossil hunting and how Mr. Hans is the coolest and best! Memorizing scriptures and talking about what he learned from the Bible. That is always my favourite part. He has looked up to and loved evey camp counselor he has gotten and never wants to try another camp! Frontier Camp is home away from home! This is his first year at teen camp and now he will have more great memories and friends. He one day plans to work at Camp and said that since age 7!

We had a father/daughter retreat here with our church. They had a lot of great activities, including tubing and wake boarding on Cable Lake, horseback riding, and free activities like frisbie golf, pickleball, volleyball, and more. I think you should try this place out for family or group outings.

Our family loves Frontier Camp! Our kids have attended for the last six summers. They look forward to Frontier Camp all year. The entire staff, both full time and summer staff, care deeply for each camper. The weekly program includes so many fun activities! But what is most important to us is the focus on the Lord. The staff love to share their testimonies, the kids are taught Bible stories, they practice looking up scriptures, they encourage the kids to memorize Bible verses, the staff uses every opportunity to teach the kids about God. You can tell they hire staff that truly love the Lord! And the food is excellent! We drive over 15 hours round trip every summer to take our kids to Frontier Camp. It is absolutely worth it! As someone who has worked in full time Christian camp ministry, I cannot recommend Frontier camp enough! They are the cream of the crop and truly make disciples of Christ through their programming and their focus on scripture and personal spiritual growth. The value is also amazing, I don’t know how they keep prices so low for such an amazing camp experience. Don’t hesitate to send your kids. It will be one of the best weeks of their lives.

We went to the family camp and had so much fun. There was loads of rain but they had a backup plan for everything and all my kids had a blast. The camp counselors and teams were also really helpful and the food was great even for 5 picky eaters. They also had great gluten free and dairy free options. Definitely worth the experience. We plan on going back.
