My wife and I joined a few months back and love playing tennis here. Everyone has been so nice to us and our instructor (Hopeton) has taught me so much in such a short period of time.

Used to be good for kids development. Not any more. Jared was the reason they were good. The didn’t take care of him. It is a pity.

I am writing to register a formal complaint about my experience at Frog Hollow Racquet Club on Saturday at approximately 6:30 PM. I am a current member and pay $135 per year for access to the club. Despite the posted hours showing the facility remains open until 8:30 PM, I was refused permission to play and told I could not remain because I was a “junior walk-on.” When I asked why members were being denied access during posted open hours, the staff member at the front desk responded, “why should we stay open for non-paying customers.” That statement is factually incorrect and entirely unacceptable: I do pay for membership and was explicitly denied the service I paid for. Denying a paying member access during posted open hours is a breach of basic customer service, and it undermines trust in the club’s management and staff. The inconsistency between your published hours and your enforcement is confusing and creates an unfair and hostile environment for members who rely on predictable access to facilities they pay for. I expect clear, consistent policies and staff training so that paying members are treated with respect and receive the access they have paid for. I am extremely disappointed and furious about how this was handled. I traveled to the club specifically to play and was blocked without valid reason, subjected to a rude, dismissive remark, and left feeling humiliated and disrespected. This experience was completely avoidable and reflects poorly on the club’s management and reputation.

We’ve had the best experiences with the friendly, patient and positive administrative team and coaches. Kudos to Chris who is always so kind over the phone and at the desk. Kudos to Coach Kevin who was supportive and creative when my younger son’s behavior was especially tricky. Coaches Jared and Carlton are genuine in their desire for each kid to learn while also having fun, positive time. Coaches Neil and Hopeton share their tennis wisdom and experience with the boys in a meaningful way. It's a welcoming and inclusive environment that allows my boys and family to be exposed to tennis even if we aren’t regulars.

We had a team outing with our company at Frog Hollow to learn Pickleball. Everyone had a fantastic time, it was a great team building experience. The staff was excellent.
