This will be our third season here and adding a third kid to dance. The communication is amazing (a huge gripe with a previous studio). There is more focus on technique and as such, we have seen a lot of improvements in dance. There was a miscommunication with one of my kids and I reached out to clarify if anything had happened. Mrs. Cara was really great about handling the situation; she took what I said to heart and did not diminish how my child felt at all. It even led to a comment box being put up for kids who aren't comfortable asking for help or expressing how they feel. To me, this said more than anything about what a great studio we are at.
