Ford Sports Performance is an athlete training facility at 12620 Interurban Ave S with roughly 8,000 square feet and 1,000 feet of indoor turf, running speed, agility and strength training from youth through NFL combine and off-season preparation. Its youth track is a Youth, Speed & Agility program for grades 2-6 covering running mechanics, linear speed, lateral quickness, change of direction, footwork, plyometrics and injury prevention. Athletes start with a booked evaluation, and the facility also fields Team FSP track, 7v7, 5v5 and spring tackle football squads - it is a year-round training gym rather than a summer camp.

Ford Sports performance is a great training facility. With the weather we searched for an indoor sports training facility to work on general strength, speed and agility. Hannah was a huge help in finding the right individual program for our daughters needs. She worked with us on several occasions and the trainers are top notch. You can work one on one or small groups.

I really liked the facility and the coaches that trained my son during winter soccer camp. Was considering to come back and recomended this place to other kids from soccer. Today a soccer coach asked me if we can come for the session as he got a window. We came , the lady at the front desk got my information and never told me how much it’ll cost. At the end of the session she sent a receipt of $ 169.65 for one hour. It’s unacceptable. One more feedback: Before that I called this place several times and nobody called me back. Customer service is very poor.

I've been going here for over 6 weeks now for physical therapy on a surgically repaired leg. The staff is quite friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. RJ and Noah have been awesome in helping me get back to full strength. The sports-oriented approach has been perfect for me. Hoping these guys get back to full operation soon when the pandemic passes!

My son has been working with Reece on running and mechanics since September (my son plays football, basketball, baseball) - he has improved remarkably and we plan to work with Reece for the rest of his HS experience. Reece is an outstanding trainer. We enjoyed meeting with Brian as well (he does initial intake) and plan to learn from him re nutrition and related best practices/habits soon. Given some of the reviews, we were skeptical about purchasing session packages (they aren't cheap), bur they are absolutely worth it and both my son and I would recommend Ford's to anyone who is serious about a sport and improving their abilities. One word of advice: if you purchase a training session package, consistency matters. You will see results if your child regularly gets feedback from their trainer - feedback that he/she can incorporate on the field/floor right away. Good luck!
