Football Club Prime (FC Prime)

This team is very strong. If you want your child to learn that if you can't win you bring in players who can THIS IS YOUR CLUB. The rating you see online for FC Prime is due to them bringing higher level (and age) players to tournaments to ensure their wins. So again if you want your child to ride the bench because the club wants to guarantee a win, this is the club for you.

I would say more of a negative star than 1 star. Run for your life. Worst experience we have ever had and huge eye opener. Will never put our child in this type of organization or league ever again.

We have 2 sons on 2 teams at FC Prime. Wasted 2 years with them. Do not join this soccer club. They are not in business to grow talent or to look out for your children's best interest. They have no fields, the ones they secure for practices as terrible. Practices are often canceled or at best they conduct a ” video review” if they did not secure a field for practice. There has been quite a bit of drama in our kids' teams this year where the coaches announced their departure for next season too soon and the club administration let their pride drive the decision to fire the coaches, without any thought or regard to players and their families. This pretty much ended our season 2 months premature. No practices for the past 2 months, while they have already collected the fees for the full season. Teams worked very hard but will not be able to finish the season as planned. The administration is scrambling to put some substitute coaches on the teams, who do not know the players at all and they can't even do that successfully. They don't respond to phone calls and emails. Complete waste of time, money and effort.

This review is for Prime that trained at the Tropical Park location during the 2022-2023 season. I had a disappointing experience with this soccer club. Actually disappointing is an understatement terrible experience with Prime. We found Prime during tryouts and my son clicked with one of the coaches called Christian Jimenez. Christian was a really nice and inviting, he lead my son along with two other kids to think they would be part of his team. Inviting them to participate in practice so they can meet other teammates really making it seem like they would be on his team. After registering and paying (unfortunately we paid the whole year in advance) we found out through a parent on Christian's actual team that none of the new kids including my son would be on his team. Apparently Christian had his team already assembled but never once told us anything. He completely mislead us! He allowed us to register and pay all while knowing our boys won't be playing on his team which is why the boys wanted to join him. As I'm sure you know once you pay and register in these competitive clubs you're stuck with them for the year. They don't like or they don't make it easy to be released (unless you pay). What's worse is we also placed our younger son with Prime for logistic reasons. In addition, some coaches left and changes within management started to occur. While they (Prime coaches and all the way to managers in the Ft Lauderdale region) APPEARED to be helpful no one answered any questions. Our kids were practicing but were not playing in any games. It became apparent they didn't want to help nor did they have any intentions of returning our money. What’s worse is that when we requested a refund, they refused to return our money despite their misleading communication. The lack of transparency and poor customer service was incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this club based on our experience. Save your time and money for a more reputable organization

Worst experienced. No dedicated field. No make up practice No coach assistant in my kid bracket A lot of missed practices They do not make up practices. Coach makes a roster list, with the best players of his preference. The rest are out of games or tournaments
