My oldest has been dancing at Footlite for 10 years now, and my youngest just finished her first year. I’ve watched girls grow from dancers to assistants to teachers, and eventually into confident young women living beautiful lives because of the dedication, hard work, perseverance, and teamwork they’ve learned during their time at Footlite. Lori has cultivated a studio where every girl who walks through those doors feels special, cared for, and truly seen. Her dancers are consistently well loved and supported. She has built a space that fosters friendship and camaraderie like no other, and she has carefully chosen staff who motivate, encourage, and challenge their students with equal parts love and high expectations. Season after season, they help these dancers grow not only in skill, but in character. Footlite’s competition team continues to expand and perform impressively against much larger studios in places like Phoenix and Las Vegas. Their recreational dancers work hard all year, culminating in one of the most anticipated performances in Havasu: Footlite’s annual dance recital. Whether on the competitive stage or the recital stage, the pride, discipline, and joy these dancers carry is unmistakable. Through personal setbacks, heartache, and profound loss, Lori has remained steadfast, working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure her dancers always have a place where they can thrive. Footlite continues to grow and flourish under the same values and principles it was founded on long ago, and I am endlessly grateful that my daughters get to be part of something so special.

Footlite has the best teachers and staff ever. They are compassionate, kind, and really love the kids that go there. They foster a positive and encouraging environment for all of their students. They allow kids to be kids, and while they challenge their students with creative choreography, every year their recital costumes are chosen with care to insure they compliment each performance while staying cute and classy and age appropriate. Footlite is a dance studio that feels like family and I will always recommend them to anyone looking to get their kids started in dance❤️
