My son played on the 4th grade Rondo Elite team , the communication was horrible and when I try to reach out to them no response. And if you don't agree with them then they will remove you from group chat.They were unprofessional on handling situations that occurred. Parents are warming the kids up before games, coach shows up 10 to 20 before game time. Adding additional kids on the team and not letting the players or parents know. To also mention to be able to play they require all players to come to practice and training, if you miss a day than you are not able to play but when additional kids are added they do not have to adhere to the same rules/guidelines and fees.
