I love FM Aerial! I focus on aerial silks, which are a fun way to exercise and build strength. I don't like exercising, but I really look forward to silks class every week. It is a very friendly, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere. Everyone cheers when you finally get that move you've been working on! Truly, anyone can do aerial silks or hoop. The teachers are very knowledgeable, and don't worry if you don't get a move right away. The more you work on it, the better you get. Did I mention it's a lot of fun? If you're not ready to try aerial yet, come see one of the performances. They are super cool :)

I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service at this establishment. My friends and I were excited to book a class for the weekend, and we signed up on a Monday for that Friday. I canceled the very next day — over 72 hours in advance — because only two of our three-person group could get in, and we didn’t want to drive all the way from Grand Forks for an incomplete booking. Despite canceling well ahead of time, I spent days trying to contact them by text, phone, and email with no response. Their posted policy at the time clearly required only a 4-hour notice for refunds, which is more than reasonable. Yet after they finally replied, I was suddenly told that weekend classes were “non-refundable” and noticed their website had been updated to remove the 4-hour notice entirely. As someone who works in customer service, I would never request a refund if a policy was clear — but changing the policy after the fact and ignoring communication is unacceptable. I even asked to speak with someone over the phone, and no one ever followed up. $28 might not seem like much, but for a college student, it’s significant, especially for a class I didn’t get to attend. The only option they offered was to reschedule, which isn’t possible as the semester is ending and I’m heading home soon. The entire experience felt unprofessional and left me with a very negative impression of this business *reply to business* Since there is nothing currently posted on your website that lists a 4-hour notice, you just admitted to changing your policy. The policies you currently have listed on your website are not the policies that I agreed to at the time I booked the class, which is why I am upset. In the future, if you want to solve disputes with unhappy customers, I would recommend reaching out to them over the phone and offering to have a civil conversation with them instead of ghosting them.

My daughter has been taking the kid classes and camps over the past few years and it is always amazing! The teachers are so patient and kind towards the kids. A very inclusive environment to all skill levels and personalities. My daughter shines with confidence when showing us everything she has learned. I highly recommend it as a positive and joyful activity for kids.

Absolutely amazing and cozy space for all things aerial arts. Everyone is met at their skill level and challenged where needed. Walking in the doors I feel welcomed every time and leave feeling behind accomplished. Highly recommend!
