Powered by GoogleMy child enjoyed taking private lessons with Mr. M****** — he’s a great coach and very professional. However, the management side of FlipTastic has been frustrating. The class rate was increased from $30 to $35 without any notice, and there was no clear explanation or written policy about missed classes, holidays, or how credits are handled. When we tried to clarify, the communication was dismissive and not transparent. We value the coaches here, but parents deserve clear, respectful, and consistent information about schedules and payments.
It’s a small town, but the coaches here are truly passionate! They create an individual training plan for each gymnast every single day. They motivate the athletes—not by indulging them, but by providing genuinely effective physical training. My daughter has become more confident and stronger. We absolutely love it! Not every gym has such a spirit of dedication.
Absolute garbage teachers/coaches at this place‼️ Took my 4 year old daughter there a couple times. She was so excited to do gymnastics. The first class went ok with substitute teachers. The second class was hard to watch. I witnessed them being mean to my daughter (4 years old!) She was trying to do what they were telling her and they kept yelling at her and grabbing her by the arm (not nicely.) From what I witnessed they could not handle that many 4 year olds in one class and took it out on my daughter. Now, if you ask my daughter if she wants to do gymnastics, she lowers her head and says “no, I can’t do it.” They were so mean to her, it broke her spirit. If you’re thinking about taking your kid here, run the other way‼️
Let me start off and say that Randy the owner is rude.!!!! I went to make a payment one day and also had a question about why I received a tuition statement showing double the price of my daughters tuition. He proceeded to look up the information with an attitude and swore up in down I missed a payment, when I pulled up my bank statement to show him I never missed a payment,he didn't want to look at my receipts . so I proceeded to say that their office is unorganized and unprofessional with their customers and asked that he give my bank card back since he wanted me to pay double, he "tossed" my bank card back at me, Instead of placing it back into my hand. So my husband had came in in tried to get both sides of the story, he told my husband that my daughter was done! from a mistake they made on their behalf. I say all this to say they are unorganized and don't inform you on lots of important information with classes and competition. They also have dogs walking around the gymnasium where the girls/boys practice. Which is unsanitary to me. Its barley room for parents to sit and watch their kids practice. The coaches are great but I don't recommend this place to anybody because of how small the seating area is and cleanliness.. And I only put 1 star because it wouldn't let me post with no rating
In the words of my little gymnast, "It's great and the coaches are cool, my favorite place to be!" What started off as a pastime activity has turned into a love for gymnastics. From our experience, communication with the coaches and management of the gym has been outstanding. Questions and concerns are handled in a professional manner. The coaches are vested in the athletes as demonstrated though their excitement in success and support in shortfalls. Between the gymnastics and the strength training I could not ask for a healthier and happier 6 year old.
