★Jordan TowneRented the place for my son’s 5th birthday. Whoever was the lead that day was embarrassingly rude to her other staff member helping her. Felt so sorry for the poor girl! We had a piñata, only 2 children got a turn because the piñata fell on the ground. Instead of asking us if we would like to keep letting the kids hit it, or even save it for later for that matter, the rude staff member just ripped open the piñata and poured the candy on the ground! Lots of crying and disappointed children. Also, they have a $25 fee for every 15 minutes you go over your time. We didn’t go over our time by even 10 minutes and she tried charging me the full amount. Never going back again, sad experience.
