Two trainers assisted throughout the event and were attentive, patient, and very helpful with the children. I also noticed that they offer a range of programs for both kids and adults, which is a nice option for families. The facility is moderate in size, which is perfectly adequate for regular activities. For birthday parties specifically, the main drawback was the limited front hosting area. During cake cutting and celebrations, the space felt cramped, and the kids had to squeeze into a small area. Overall, it was a positive experience, with room for improvement in party hosting logistics.
