I’m not sure how to communicate with someone who can actually make a change at either location so I figured writing a review might get someone’s attention… I have tried bringing my concerns to a manager who tells me they’ll talk to someone/facilities/etc and then nothing changes unfortunately. What finally pushed me to write this was a horrible smelling shampoo dispenser in the showers that was filled with mold (see picture). Im concerned for the safety of myself, my partner, other adults, and children who share here with all the mold that is at these locations. I’m sad to say when I was told facilities would be notified about the moldy shampoo, I was not convinced that would happen. The steam rooms are full of mold on the ceilings and the saunas leave your towel with a brown substance all over them. My partner says that he smells the soap every time he washes his hands to check for mold. We both have paid good money to attend these locations for the facilities and amenities, but we can’t truly enjoy them when they aren’t maintained and cleaned. I have worked at many gyms before and know what it takes to keep them clean. It’s not happening here and I’m not sure what else to do. If you’re not going to clean or fix things, don’t tell your customers that you will.

My experience at this facility ultimately left me feeling embarrassed and unheard. As a parent, I relied on the FAC provided childcare services in the building while working out. I frequently received messages asking me to come attend to my child — often shortly before closing — stating that he was not feeling well or not happy. When I arrived, he appeared fine and content. Because of these repeated messages, I felt the need to monitor my phone discreetly to ensure my child was not left unattended or pressured to leave early. On one occasion, while briefly checking my phone inside my locker, a staff member approached me in extremely close proximity and leaned into the space of my open locker to verify phone use. The interaction felt uncomfortable and disproportionate. I apologized and explained that I was checking to ensure my child was okay. I later located one email referencing the electronic policy; however, it was not clearly distinguished from the club’s frequent promotional communications, and I did not understand it to be a formal disciplinary notice at the time. Shortly after raising concerns, my membership was terminated for what was described as multiple violations. The termination notice characterized my behavior as “defiant,” which I found upsetting, as my only intention was to ensure my child’s wellbeing and comply with staff instructions once reminded. I also previously raised hygiene concerns to the front desk regarding members filing their feet in the steam room and near the jacuzzi area. I did not observe visible intervention following those reports. I understand the importance of locker room privacy policies. However, enforcement and member concerns should be handled with clear communication, consistency, and respect for personal space and dignity.

great employees, mid gym, horrible management. for the price they are charging the gym should be way cleaner, the sauna shouldn’t be broken half the time (and definitely should be hotter than 170°). members still have to pay for things like volleyball which makes no sense. basketball court always seems to be taken up by other programs so you can’t even play basketball. and management is just so strict with the rules they enforce, it’s actually crazy. can’t wait for crunch to come and take away a lot of their membership. hopefully then they stop being so greedy and relax a bit.

My child and my mom go here for one-on-one training, each does different workouts with their trainer. Staff is friendly, facilities are always clean, and surrounded by beautiful scenery to make your workout peaceful. They offer so many different options. You'll never say, "I can't find anything to do here" cause they're is always something to do

Very good club. They have group training classes, basketball court, lockers, showers, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, towel service, racquetball. I think they also have a kids club. There is an indoor pool and a large outdoor pool with 4 lanes and free swimming area. The pool water is cold and refreshing on hot summer days. The area has a resort feel. If you want to use one of the lanes, it is better to reserve ahead. They take reservations up to 3 days ahead. The gym is clean and well equipped. Towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. You need to bring a lock if you want to use one of the lockers.
