I have been going to First Fine Art for over 8 years. Teacher Qu is a kind and amazing teacher who has taught me a lot about art. He always emphasizes the importance of good foundational skills, and I have learned to work with various mediums including basic sketch, color pencil, acrylics, and watercolor. The environment of First Fine Art is great, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent art studio.

I’ve been learning here for years. They teach you a variety of art such as sketch, charcoal, acyclic, watercolor, color pencils, scratch board, and more. The teachers are very helpful and understanding as well.

Going to this place for almost 7 years has definitely been quite the life changing experience. It has prepared me from the technical side of art to the vast creative realm of every medium. The teacher cares about each students individually as they develop their own style. With the guidance of Teacher Qu, I obtained the skills and was honored to attend Georgia Institute of Technology as an Industrial Design major. So far as a first year, it has helped me majorly in the creative decisions I make in my projects. First Fine Art is definitely a place I could call my home.

My first art class at First Fine Art was 3 years ago. I never knew I was able to improve my art skills here in such a short time. The teacher Mr, Qu not only helped me develop my skills, but also helped me learn social skills. My dream had always been becoming a fashion designer. Throughout these 3 years of learning from Mr, Qu I was able to get in one of the best fashion schools, Fashion Institute of Technology.

I’ve been coming to this school since I was about 7 years old, when he still was teaching in his basement. Over the years he was able to open this studio in 2013 and it’s been a great school for kids to learn the professionalism and traditional techniques of fine arts and design, but also come here to learn social skills with all kids around the Atlanta metropolitan area. I currently go to Parsons School of Design for graphic design. Without going to the academy here I wouldn’t be able to find my true passion within the design and art field. Because I have this foundation of art and design, I’ve been able to excel in school and with my studies but be able to express my emotions, thoughts, and opinions in a form where I’m comfortable being myself in.
