Powered by GoogleLove this place it’s a great place for gymnastics they sweet and nice the teach kids a lot from beginners to advanced!
This place was extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your kids here unless you’re okay with them spending most of the time just doing basic cartwheels. The front desk staff handled the first hour of training instead of a dedicated coach, which didn’t feel professional. It honestly felt like a waste of money. I’m all about supporting local businesses, but not when it feels like you’re being taken advantage of. If you’re thinking about trying them out — I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Firestorm Gymnastics. I had a very bad experience with the person in charge, which ultimately led me to cancel my account. My daughters arrived 15 minutes late for their two-hour class, and they were not allowed to participate. I was unaware of this policy and kindly asked if an exception could be made just this once, as it was our first time encountering this issue. Unfortunately, the staff member refused to accommodate us. Considering that I pay nearly $50 per class for both of my daughters to attend once a week, I expected a more understanding and customer-friendly approach. Instead, I was met with inflexibility and poor service. I believe a business should prioritize making families feel welcomed, not turning them away over a minor issue. Due to their lack of consideration, I chose to take my business elsewhere—somewhere that values its customers.
We were 15 min late, i got streets that were under construction, i was calling ahead of time to ask if they would accept my daughter in the class, if not so i wouldn't take her, they didn't answer. I get there, it was 4:02 and they didn't accept her. They didn't let her make it up or let her join the next class even though i already paid and even if it's not full. The receptionist also told me they dont open until 4, that was the reason they dont answer phones. It's not fair that they always start the 3:45pm class late, and the one time i was late, they didn't take my daughter or let her make it up. My 3 yr old daughter left crying, if they're open for classes at 3:45, they should be able to start the class on time and, receptionist should answer phone calls. Her 1st class started over 15 min late and they didn't make up the time, & one of the moms that was there said they always start late. We also asked when they were going to be able to make up the class that landed on the holiday, Sept. 4th, and the make up class was Aug. 26. The coach could have mentioned it to us after the monday class before that weekend, so that's another lost day that i paid for. My daughter wont be joining again for now..
LOVE TAKING MY GRANDDAUGHTER HERE AND SHE LOVES IT...EVERYBODY IS VERY FRIENDLY AND AWESOME AT WHAT THEY DO.. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT..
