Thankfully we did not rush the decision and when she met and practiced with Rick and Jeff it was an easy decision for our family. The productivity of the practices and thoughtful, intentional education of the sport are amazing to watch. PS: This issue applies to all the Arizona Soccer Asociation (ASA) menbers clubs. This is not about one person's perception or a personal experience either of the "soccer" business in the state of Arizona on the contrary, this is about exposing the reality of an eroded culture behind the sport itself that is affecting the very essence of the sport as it does to the people seeking fruitless excellence where mediocrity reigns. They have a great group of coaches including a dedicated goalie coach. These coaches emphasize life skills and improving your play more than winning. Coach Rick is a great owner and example for the other coaches. I really like the boys/kids this club attracts and the men the team has become.

He is encouraging but tough, the perfect combination for a coach! I especially love watching the footwork drills that he has the kids do with the ladder.
