A couple of the coaches are very good, however the owner of the organization is unbelievably rude and how he manages to gain returning "customers" is beyond me. He runs it very poorly, blatantly laughed in parents faces when they had questions regarding his methods. He tells the kids this is no place for laughing and having fun yet walks around with a ridiculous wig on President's day. In my opinion he is simply just money hungry and has little if any desire to improve the athletes.

We don’t recommend this club. Families are required to pay thousands of dollars upfront for the full year, without disclosure that these fees are non-refundable except in extreme circumstances (death only). For the cost, the value simply isn’t there. Many “tournaments” are games against rec teams, mostly on poor-quality dirt fields in the Winston-Salem area, with additional fees on top of the initial cost. Communication is a major issue — very difficult to get in touch with anyone for questions or concerns. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and a massive waste of money.

If I could have given it “NO” stars I would have. This club is poorly managed and does not return calls or emails. They cannot be trusted with hosting a tournament respectfully. Completely incompetent and disappointing to youth players.

Top shelf coaching staff and organization. Love seeing their logo throughout Cornelius and Mooresville! Soccer is continuing to grow in the greater Charlotte area and there's not a group that does it better than FC Atletico.

This club has been fantastic for my son. He's learned so much from the coaches and other players and it's been great to watch him grow so quickly. I can't say enough about how much he enjoys playing with the other kids on his team. Everyone is very encouraging and the coaches do a great job of balancing the tough conversations when mistakes happen with encouraging words. Definitely recommend this club.
