There was no communication sent out about receiving the vouchers, where to find them, or how to use them. After finding them in their app myself, they are requiring payment of a ‘convenience fee’ to redeem them. I called their ticket office, but was told “there is no way around that fee.” I paid the convenience fee when I bought the original tickets, why should I be required to pay it twice?
