★★★Kimba TheLionHeartedI bought day passes for myself and my young children to observe and use the facilities. At first I was really dubious, bc the staff seemed to have serious communication issues. I came in to be certified for the rock climbing wall, for myself and my 7yo and was eventually told that my child had to be present for certification as well. I brought her back and we were both eventually certified; but the timing was perfect , as there are only 2 employees who are able to certify. The weight room was empty, but had only free weights and I found it hard to use based on my own personal experience. I enjoyed to rock wall and pools and overall, I would find the amenities worth the cost of membership; HOWEVER: It is not hard to imagine the negative experiences described in the reviews, and they should be considered alongside the positive reviews.

★Joshua RobertsWeight room has a serious overcrowding problem. Not enough equipment/free weights to easily come in and freely exercise and the facility doesn’t seem to have the urgency to want and correct the problem. The majority of people who do show up usually have no idea what they’re doing, which leads to a lot of the equipment being out of commission for sometimes months (attached photo) before it’s repaired. With the new year coming up, it’s only going to get worse and will be practically impossible to come here and use the weight room unless drastic changes are made and a significant amount of weights / equipment is added.
