The class encompasses many aspects of physical health from cardio to stretching, to balancing to strengthening, as well as dance technique that is as good as you can find anywhere. His classes are very well thought out, every exercise is purposeful. He pushes us just enough to make it challenging but not so hard that it is stressful. He is accessible to all levels of dancers, making everyone feel like they are good enough and everyone can grow at their own pace. It is fun to take a class from someone who is not only passionate about dance but also is presently a professional dancer. He also has a great sense of humor!
