The Eykamp Scout Center on E. Lloyd Expressway is the Evansville headquarters of the Boy Scouts of America's Buffalo Trace Council and the site of the council's Evansville Cub Scout Day Camp. The 2026 camp ran Wednesday June 3 through Friday June 5, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and is open to all boys and girls in grades 1-5; Scout membership is not required and a child may attend even if their pack does not. Days mix indoor and outdoor Scouting activities, including range and target sports that individual packs cannot run on their own. Early registration was $65 for all three days or $30 for a single day, and camperships are available to registered Scouts.
