★★★★★Ame DWe have recently started at ECIS and it has been a truly wonderful experience. Our original daycare/preschool closed unannounced and left us in a hard spot, but ECIS team did their best to get us in! Once we were in they have been working with our kiddo and he LOVES going! He grabs his shoes and waits by the door when we mention "going to school". He is learning sign language there among other things! They all clearly enjoy their jobs and love the kids and I couldn't ask for better care for him while we are at work.

★Sam WylieIf you would have asked me a few months ago for a review -- I would have GLADLY left a 5 star review. However, the level of care really deteriorated in our experience. My 3 year old was not helped to go to the bathroom resulting in her coming home in soiled clothes that she had been in all day more often than not. This lead to a very uncomfortable kiddo with a urinary tract infection. It got to the point of my toddler being sent into a public restroom on a field trip to Pizza Ranch to use the bathroom unattended and unassisted. This is also after conversations with the staff and director. Pickup time was always mayhem -- kids climbing on tables, one staff in a room full of kids, etc. Lack of staff and turnover don't seem to be helping. Lunches/meals are also not provided. I genuinely hope they can get these issues taken care of but as a parent, I would take serious pause in enrolling at this point.
