The pool swim lanes are great. I really liked the temperature of the water. I did not come at a time when it was busy but there was a limit to two open lanes when I went in a Sunday afternoon. EM is my favorite pool in Reno, much better than moana springs.

Amenities for everyone! Very nice facility.

GREAT staff. older facility that has all the charm of an old rec center and only a fraction of the smell. it's one of the bigger (biggest if I'm not wrong but I could be) gyms on the reconnect membership and almost never crowded. the nearby park makes this a good place to spend time! community hub

Staff is great, fairly clean, but the pool hours are ridiculously limited. And are changing (and I mean this literally) every 2 months without notice or posting ANYWHERE in the building. Literally was on my way to the pool from the lockers and found it locked today, because they had changed the times again, 3 weeks ago.

Good facility, not in the best neighborhood though. Wish the locker rooms had some more private changing areas as there were lots of little boys in the women's area. I'm not bothered by them being there, just wish my daughter didn't have to be subjected to them changing and standing openly in the nude. The pool is very warm and so is the entire area around it. Nice and comfortable. The swim instructors were very friendly and helpful.
