★★★★★Doug DevitreThis place! It’s 9pm and my son wants to show me exercises he learned today from Marcus during the youth sports performance session. He’s already an athlete now. I can’t imagine what he will be able to do in the next few years across multiple sports. He’s learning the uncommonly used exercises that develop strength, endurance, and proper form. I didn’t learn these until much later in life. My son still has 9 more years to go! This place has the right culture. I’m grateful to have found it and excited about what my son learns from his participation on and off the field.

My son has NEVER wanted to train as much as he has since starting here which makes it easier for me to get him off the game at home! The bar was set so high that if we could also train during football season we would because the development is now missing! Can’t wait to return after the season ends

They’re very good at critiquing errors immediately, which is something I pay close attention to. It really gives me peace of mind, knowing I’m putting my son in an environment that doesn’t allow athletes to collect bad habits & poor sportsmanship. Just wish I knew of this place sooner! 🫶🏽
