My kids have been working with Chad at Elite for several years now. I met him back in 2021 and my kids have been training with him ever since. My family is not from South Carolina either. We live in Minnesota! The training is that good!!! Chad runs a phenomenal program. They push the kids to get the best out of them and they give you a Basbeall family vibe. They can get your kid right where they want to be if your child wants it bad enough. I can promise you that! The last two years I have taken my entire Minnesota team down there. Every single kid loved the training and knowledge they got out of it. When we got back to Minnesota I had several kids ask me to push them harder to get the best out of them. That’s what a good coach does! They push to get the most out of you. If you get coached soft, you’re going to play soft. For some of these reviews I see saying that Chad is all about the money…. That is about as far from the truth that you can get. This guy absolutely loves baseball and coaching kids up. If you want the best for your kid and to get the most out of them, bring them to elite. It’s worth every penny. We can’t thank Chad and elite baseball academy enough!!

My son has been coming here for 3 years now and I dont know who loves it more, him or us. We've watched his confidence climb higher and higher. Chad, Hersey and so many of the coaches are the best of the best. Coaches and kids just a like walk by our son while he's training and randomly give tips and advice. When they say its a FAMILY, they mean it. They hold the kids accountable and stress hard work and sportsmanship. We couldn't be happier with our choice three years ago and our youngest son is already following in his big brother's foot steps. Elite is now our second home and we can't wait to see what the future holds.

We have been coming to Elite Baseball Academy for private lessons with our soon-to-be 10-year-old son for two and a half years now. He has always loved coming to this facility, looks up to the coaches, and has made so many great friends along the way. This fall, we finally decided to join the 10U travel team—and to say we found our home is an understatement. Our son loves coming to practice, looks forward to every tournament, and has already learned so much in a short time. This is our first experience with travel ball, and joining Elite has been the best decision we could have made. Coach Jason, Preston, and Trevor are absolutely amazing with the kids. We truly appreciate everything they instill in them—not only lessons for the field, but lessons for life.

As I see so many negative reviews against Elite especially for players sitting the bench or not getting the opportunity PARENTS thinks their kid deserves. My son has been with Chad since 2018 and it’s by far been one of the best things we have chosen to do for our son. He was previously on the black team and was moved down to white but instead of us parents getting in our feelings blaming coaches and everyone else, we gave him the opportunity to step up and not give up. He has by far blown me out the water with his positivity and willingness to play any chance they offer him to show his dedication and determination. We would’ve never gotten the family and baseball community we have now had it not been for Elite. Just like anything else in life you have your good and your bad. You either take it or leave it but to slander an academy because YOU think your kid deserves such and such blows my mind. Thank you Chad for pouring into my son in more ways than one. I hope you know the Gibson’s are forever thankful for you and Elite. I would’ve never known Levi’s integrity and humility if you wouldn’t have made some tough choices for him. My oldest son found his home with Elite 3 years ago, his little brother following in his footsteps 1 year later. They've both excelled, they've failed, they've won, they've lost, they've sat the bench [due to performance or attitude when needed], they've learned and played positions all over the field [not because they knew how to at the time, but because Elite wants well developed players that can fill any position]! This organization has found both the worst and best within my children and they continue to help me raise and develop amazing young men and athletes!
