Elevation Academy of Dance, founded in 2019 on North 1st Street in downtown Montrose, offers dance training for students of all skill levels and degrees of participation. Its summer offering is a series of short workshops rather than a camp: a three-Friday experiential series exploring the roots of dance through shared movement, and a low-pressure series where dancers try a different style each week, open to ages 4 through adult.
