The place is well taken care of, they have a little gift shop, picnic tables if you want to pack a lunch, and they usually have some little wagons out so you can pull your kiddos along if you need/want to! The kids always have a blast, they love running around and looking at the animals. We will definitely keep coming here.

As an 8-month-old, she had a wonderful time, especially meeting some friendly goats up close! My wife and I look forward to visiting again, and attending events. The little store was also a great little visit. It's a self-service store with many local items, drinks, snacks, and gifts. There's also a porta potty on site for the public if needed. Dogs are allowed if leashed.
★★★newengland.trailsNice trails in the area! The trail has a moderate grade, which is manageable for most. There are some rocks on the trail to navigate around. Parking: There is a large lot to accommodate 30 or so cars, but it can fill up quickly because there is so much to do here! Near the trailhead, there are farm animals to enjoy (goats, chickens, Alpacas, horses, and cows further along the trail). Be cautious near the cows; there is an electric fence. The cows can be found by taking a right (bearing north) when the trail splits for the loop. The trails are easy to follow, with white and red blazers along the loop. I was with a group of 8, mixed age and ability levels. We added an extra mile along Pulpit Brook Trail for a total outing of 3 hours. It took us 2hr 10min to complete.

★★★★Stephen PriestThe farm is big! We visited during an open house on Sunday. We saw the usual farm animals and my son got to ride a horse. They have trails. The main trail goes in two directions. The left fork, of the trail, is difficult with a lot of stones and lose rock. Not for little kids or strollers. Non handicap accessible. The right fork we did not travel on. Joppa Hill is a very scenic farm with some of the staff being very friendly, others, a little stand-offish. The ones who were friendly were engaging and helpful. I wished I had more time to explore. Update, September 24, 2018; I visited again with my daughter and we had a good time. Hayride, pony ride, Ben and Jerry's ice-cream and explored more. We took a right turn on the trails and encountered an electric fence on our walk. The trail continued into a forest. Staff are still helpful and friendly. On the hayride we saw wild turkeys and monarch butterflies.
