Powered by GoogleEvery year I miss out on registering my elementary age child in any type of sports, especially baseball, basketball, football, because I never get notice.. When I was elementary age, my local school would send the students home with flyers, notifying the parents of baseball, basketball, or football registration. The City should work together with the elementary schools, in order to spread the word, the season registration is starting.
Located in Edinburg, Texas, the Edinburg Sports and Wellness Center is a stunning facility that caters to both youth and adults. Its focus on providing a range of activities is evident, making it a versatile space for everyone to enjoy. Personally, I had a fantastic experience playing pickleball at the center during the winter of 2023. The facility offers ample courts for youth basketball tournaments, including renowned events like the Vipers tourneys. It's truly a great amenity for the city and a hub for sports and wellness activities.
Beautiful facility. Geared for youth activities as well as adults. Played pickleball 2023 winter.
Where we play our youth basketball tourneys. Huge complex with 6 +court's. Vipers tourneys are held here and also training..
A nice amenity for the city. A great write-off for the taxes of doctors hospital at Renaissance. We participated in the Edinburg city memorial 10K and fun run. Pre registered the family. The registration was very clear that all sizes may not be available however on getting there they only had adult multiple extra larges left which they offered for toddlers. The director after several emails that were unintelligible English, came to the conclusion that was just the way it was. The degree of apathy and lack of customer service that you experience in general when dealing with municipal workers in Edinburg and businesses in general in the Rio Grande Valley was well on display. A simple response of let me double check to see if we have any size is appropriate for your children remaining would have sufficed and made all the difference. Instead I received multiple emails, hilarious to read, would love to have them checked by a second grade English teacher because the level of content with so appallingly low. The run was fun, everyone had a good time period they did allow people to participate without pay. So next year don't pay for the fun run just get in line with everybody else and go through the same process and receive the exact same outcome.
