Not going to say anything overly negative. In my humble opinion; the organization’s key philosophy emphasizes the need for winning on the $coreboard and not so much ch the growth of the players. Nothing wrong with it; it’s a business after all. Wishing all the players in every club a great season.

As large programs buy smaller programs only to let them wither and die by taking too kids to their western programs. ECE over doubled its teams based upon quality coaches, and now have several real AA teams. The growth is impressive!

Absolute disgrace of an organization. Coaches I don’t know called me at home trying to recruit. Lied about everything. Complete frauds. Wouldn’t spend a cent there.
