Dynamic Movement Gym, formerly Rochester Parkour, is an indoor parkour and movement-training gym on University Ave in Rochester. Its youth program is a year-round schedule of drop-in classes for ages 10 to 14 - skill classes, acro, movement circuits and game days - capped at 10 students and sold through monthly access plans and class punch passes rather than as a camp. The gym's own youth program page lists no summer camp session; a directory listing claiming a parkour summer camp for ages 6 to 12 could not be confirmed on the operator's site.

visited this place from Ontario. Great facility. Unique and good for any ages to work on fitness of any type.

My first class here was 12 years ago today. I've finally made up my mind, this is a great gym! In over a decade of parkour training that's taken me from beginner classes, to coaching, to competing in national parkour competitions and world chase tag, Charlie and Nicole still stand out among the best movement coaches I've had the pleasure of training with. Their attention to detail and adaptability is truly world class. It's been an honor to be part of this community.

The kid’s instructor (Jonathan) is so good with my son! He has major patience and a calming demeanor while also having fun! The gym is clean and well lit. An affordable way to get my son involved in an activity.

I highly recommend Rochester Parkour! Not only is it fun, but I feel a sense of accomplishment when I try and can do new movements (theif vault shown below). The other members are friendly and the staff's guidance is helpful. I also love that I'm building strength and coordination that's useful for everyday life. When you practice easily balancing on a thin pipe, you'll always be able to balance on a curb without injuring your ankle. When you watch Parkour videos on YouTube, it looks scary and I thought I would never be able to do anything. But, carelessly leaping between tall buildings is NOT Parkour, and I've always felt safe because the staff does a great job helping you work up to everything.
