We've done the trail ride twice now and it's SO fun and for a great price!! Jordan is so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! We loved the added visit to the petting zoo also!

Definitely a nice set of tours! My sis and I went on four tours with Dusty Trails. Three to view cranes and one to watch prairie chickens. Loved the tour guides! Dusty and Stephanie, and Jordan and….um, I think Alice?😬, were all super fun, friendly, and knowledgeable about the birds, local points of interest, and highlights of their community! Well worth it!!! I highly recommend Dusty Trails!!!

Our early morning bus tour of the prairie hens and our evening and daytime tours of the Sandhill cranes were wonderful! The tour guides—including Dusty!—were knowledgeable, accessible and good humored. The cranes were truly spectacular, whether swooping to the river to roost for the night or streaming through the daytime sky and into the cornfields to graze. The hens were delightful as they strutted through their colorful mating dances. The tours were at once completely professional and entirely comfortable. I would do this again in an instant!

We had the pleasure of doing the prairie chicken and sandhill crane tours with Dusty and his wife Stephanie this week. While the weather didn't cooperate as much as we'd hoped, Dusty and Stephanie made sure we still had an amazing time. They were prepared, kind, funny, and enthusiastic about the birds, the local landscape, and local history. We appreciated their team effort and the little details like providing hot coffee, snacks, and a local business treat bag made it clear that they are very invested in helping people fall even more in love with the cranes and chickens. We definitely hope to be back and do more tours with them, but we highly recommend them in the mean time.

We did the Prairie Chicken tour with a photo blind. The trip was well worth it! The information getting to the Lek was interesting. Getting there, Dusty's team was efficient, understanding, and patient as they went into the blind. The Prairie Chickens and some Prairie Dogs arrived and went about their antics in the field. It was very interesting, pretty, noisy, and I hope the population increases, as it would be a shame to lose these birds. Dusty's team was very respectful of the environment.
