I have never found an organization so committed to meeting the individual needs of every medically complex child, and their families, they serve. The executive director and facilities manager go above and beyond to offer a level of comfort and service that you simply can't find anywhere else. They hire outstanding, compassionate, fun camp counselors who make the week so much better. This is our second year at Dream Day. Our teenager is medically and developmentally complex, which means that sometimes he can't participate in commonplace things. We have the flexibility to participate when we want to, and to back out and rest when he can't handle it, and everyone here is so accommodating and supportive. Our family has been able to enjoy nature, do fun arts and crafts, learn archery, go boating, go to the beach, eat according to our dietary needs (they provide that, too!), and do it all in a relaxing camp environment that normally would be off limits for a kid like mine. I cannot stress how special this camp is, and how important it is that places like this continue to exist for families like ours. The high quality and functioning of the entire establishment on an emotional and operations level is a testimony to how good the staff are here. We really do have "dream days" here, with much needed respite. In a world that can be hostile at worst, and indifferent all too often to kids like mine, being included and embraced so fully is indescribable. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Dream Day. Heather and Steve deserve all of the kudos in the world for coordinating such a wonderful week for our family, and all the other families like ours.

Dream Day on Cape Cod is a wonderful organization! Our daughter has CF, and the opportunity for her and our family to have a week at camp with terrific activities, events and support from amazing staff and understanding families is absolutely invaluable. Our family had an amazing time at Dream Day camp!! Our youngest child is extremely medically complex and requires a lot of medical equipment. We never thought it would be possible to go camping after he was born but Dream Day made it happen!! My older two children had an amazing time and connected with the other children at the camp as well. We have amazing memories created there for our family that will last a life time. We are so grateful for all the staff at Dream Day!!

Since I’ve come across Dream Day I’ve fell in love with the beautiful surroundings and the amazing and friendly staff. This is a campsite that has so much to offer. A gorgeous little pond for fishing complete with its own little pier. A gorgeous barn on site that is just perfect for yoga sessions, art classes or meet ups. There is a rustic dining hall with industrial kitchen. It has its own baseball field which is perfect for softball, tee ball, kickball or maybe even tossing the frisbee around. All the cabinas a prefect for a small family to spend the night. It is still camping but there are bunk beds and a larger queen sized bed for parents. And each cabin comes with its own bathroom, shower and AC! It’s an amazing place. Come check it out!
