Dream Center Evansville is a faith-based nonprofit in the Jacobsville neighborhood that runs Summer Zoom, an urban summer day camp for students in grades K-6. The program pairs summer-learning-loss intervention and Bible lessons with field trips, crafts, sports, music and nutritious meals, with staff focused on building long-term relationships with the kids they serve. Alongside camp, the Dream Center operates after-school programs (Dreamer's Academy for K-6 and DC Youth for middle schoolers), targeted tutoring, school-based Peacemaker staff at Delaware Elementary, and wrap-around care coordination for neighborhood families. ★★★★★Vickie JacksonI went there on July 29th for some STRICTLY INSANE WRESTLING. And the name INSANE said it all. They had all types of matches. From different title matches to useing kindo sticks, tables, ladders , billy clubs, and on a match, the kids got in on the action and a few adults did. Everyone had a great time and hope you all come to the next show. It's going through be happening again right here at the Dream Center. It will be here again in September in the middle of the month. I think it will be on os around the 16th . Saturday. Belltime 7:00 pm sharp. Doors open about 5:30 pm. Hope everyone can make it. Just come down and be totally Insane with us. You won't be sorry.

I stopped by and had a slab of pepperoni pizza and talked to the teachers during some elaborate dodge ball game. They are well organized and show a sincere interest in the kids and the Gospel.
