Katherine was very helpful with the sign up process and very kind. Place is well maintained and easy to use.

It's a pretty good YMCA odessa branch is a little better surprisingly. All in all you have the most warming welcome early in the morning from young lady so sweet. But the ladys at other times👎🏽. I really wonder how they did on the interview to get the job. Not saying all of them but yeah

Sauna in Men's lockeroom is disturbingly disgusting. Wood seating appears to be very old and worn. It is filled with filth, sweat, hair and protruding nails from seating. MAJOR HEALTH CONCERNS. I was told the temperature "kills the bacteria" which seems like a poor excuse for bad management. The steam room also reeks of dirty feet smell and is just as filthy as the sauna. Tile in both the Hallway and steam room is white but has a awful brown tint in multiple areas from neglect and filth. The grout between the tiles is black and packed full of dirt. Nats and other bugs can be seen all throughout the showers with hair clogged drains. The carpet in the lockeroom should be removed as it's completely saturated with sweat, numerous dirty stains. I also witnessed a man using athletes foot powder that spread across the floor as he continued to walk bare footed across the locker room. I will be contacting the local county HEALTH department/ inspectors. The lack of cleanliness is horrible. Hands down the absolute dirtiest YMCA I've ever been inside of. I could only Imagine what the daycare facilities look like that are used daily. Should raise serious concerns for any and all involved.

Great atmosphere for the kids both experienced or not, I liked the coaches already, great with the girls and very patient. Our Lily fit right in and felt comfortable from the start.
