The Cpl. Donald Ray Stevens Community Center in Lake Charles' Goosport Park is one of the City of Lake Charles' Epic Adventure summer day camp sites. The eight-week program (June through late July, 7:30am to 5:00pm) serves children ages 5 to 10 with games, arts and structured recreation and includes daily breakfast and lunch; the center also hosts Epic Quest, a free one-week camp for ages 11 to 15.
