I just learned of this place and It's amazing. They treated my little cousin Skye like the Angel she was. I'm very impressed about learning and seeing some of the great programs they have and all the kids they inspire. Great place that is community based and filled with love. Very impressed Michelle

Our grandchildren have consistently expressed positive feedback regarding DK's after-school and summer programs. The children's enthusiasm is noteworthy, and we, as parents, share this sentiment. The professionalism and kindness exhibited by all staff members, from the executive leadership to the administrative and support teams, are highly commendable. The environment fosters a strong sense of community.

I put my daughter into this program thinking that it will be a good program for her. Instead it was not. The kids that she ended up working with cause her to have stress. The kids are not behaved. All the black women are unprofessional. Ms drew is very unprofessional she has a very bad attitude especially when it comes to speaking to my daughter it’s giving fast. The coach was very unprofessional also his attitude was not even kind. They are very aggressive my daughter. Mind u it’s her first dayAnd I already had to make her quit because It was messing with her mental. 0/10 I don’t recommend.

Where do I begin! My daughter has been involved in many programs and after some time was ready to leave. Either the children or the staff did not make her feel comfortable or safe. They did not engage in a way that allowed her to let her guard down. So when I heard of Developing KIDS I called to inquire and promptly received a call back from Ms. Robinson. After talking with her for a while, I told her that I was skeptical because my daughter never wants to stick with a program or while there she doesn't socialize. Ms. Robinson assured me that wouldn't be the case with this program. I was still skeptical. However, after the first week there, my daughter did not want to miss the program. She loves the staff and the children and has even made some friends (Ms. Robinson said that would happen). She tells me all the time that this is the best program she ever attended. This place is the definition of a "Village ". I've never seen my daughter come out of her shell like this before. Mr. Tyrone is the best as well as all of the staff. I can relax knowing my daughter is safe and happy.

DK offers experiences that every child would benefit from. I've watched children go from introverts to extra confident after just one summer session. This is a program that kids look forward to after school and every summer. The participants are introduced to new and exciting things (STEM, ASL, Chinese and much more); and the staff is trustworthy. This program is a must consider!
