I paid a fifty-one-dollar 1-year membership, available to DHS residents. The gym is intimate yet, boasts a surprising array of equipment for the square feet (not cramped) available. The exercise equipment includes, pulley cable machines (leg press, bench press, shoulder press, everything press)😉, stationary bikes, treadmills, free weights such as dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls. Lockers (BYOL) are available for storing your personal belongings. It's worth joining, especially, if you want a place to go to avoid a crowd. It's the ideal gym for me. I don't feel overwhelmed by the excessive amount of workout equipment, like at larger gyms, or intimidated by it.
★Sydney UzoigweHad a horrible experience with this administration. Horrible management, very passive aggressive, and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. They need to improve on how they conduct themselves as employees, have better boundaries, limit their unprofessional interaction with the paying customers, and do a better job as a whole as human beings. They have lost a paying customer. Thank you.

Clean and well maintained with a lap pool that's open 3 months out of a year (the reason for 4 stars), a small, year round gym with the variety of exercises machines and dumbells. They have a variety of activities for additional but reasonable price.
