Denver City Lax is a nonprofit youth development organization founded in 2007 that uses lacrosse to reach at-risk boys and girls in under-resourced Denver neighborhoods, now serving over 300 full-time participants on boys and girls teams from kindergarten through 8th grade. Programming runs year-round and combines lacrosse training and league play with academic guidance and enrichment experiences, and includes lacrosse clinics and camps. All programming, equipment and uniforms are provided at no cost so that no child is excluded; historically over 95% of participants identify as Black, Latino, Indigenous or multi-racial and 75-85% qualify for free or reduced lunch.

So glad we found City Lax. My daughter loves lacrosse but the schools don't offer it until high school. Crazy right?! Not only can she play/compete, they also focus on good sportsmanship (even w/the parents) and wellness. If your kiddo loves #lacrosse 🥍 or is looking to learn the sport, check them out!
Denver City Lax is a wonderful organization creating amazing opportunities in youth lacrosse. Proud supporter.
Great program for kids! Many opportunities provided for the youth. Positive atmosphere for youth.
They offer free lacrosse, practice, and gear. And the staff are very focused on helping the children improve their skills.
