★Linda PhanI am so disappointed I called the girl said she can change my membership to the deal offered for the year. I been coming here for years my kids love it. One of the managers that use to work there isn’t there anymore. He was the kindest gentleman there. As for the other staffs some of them are kind of rude. I had my two kids birthdays there last year. There’s no sign saying you have to pay for a party if you’re bringing your own stuff in. So since everyone is there already. Have to pay. There wasn’t really a choice. Not going to cancel on my kids birthday. Should be a sign saying that. I also work in the mall. I did gave this place a 5 before. Just feel like staff is overall kind of rude and not really caring. I also work in the mall. Should be a discount for workers in the mall area.

My child bumped into another child and hit her head, and the manager was so kind. She gave her ice and checked on her, and even gave her a free icee. We have the family membership and come in often. Glow Hour is our favorite! I have always felt welcome here by all the staff. They’re friendly and attentive, making sure everyone is safe! We love DEFY!
★Ysha LausThe manager targeted our group in a very inconsiderate and racist manner. We are a group with children and they forced us to move tables 2 times. We followed the rules, and even though there weren't many people in the eating area, we still respected their space. Will not be recommending this place. Add on to the reply of the owner: 1. We lined up and signed all the waivers as a requirement before the the kids started jumping. We were not rude and we did not argue and we were compliant. Check hour CCTV. 2. The socks. I personally paid 2 socks when your staff said to change what our kids are wearing. I can show you receipt. We were compliant again. 3. Our kids did not go back when your staff told them their time is up. We already knew the bad customer service before the kids times are up thats why we didn't let them back. 4. Again, we were at the long table when 1 of the staff told us to move to another table because it will be needed for a bday party. We moved and we didn't complain. 5. We moved the 2 tables to connect it so that we can share the food we ordered for the kids. So when they told us to separate it because people might walk in between the 2 tables which we connected, which is ridiculous, but still we obliged and put it properly back to its spot. We know about safety thats why we are very carefull on what we do and respect your establishment. We did not cause any chaos or unsafe environment to everyone. Better talk to your staff and manager before writing or replying to my review. And fix the attitude of all your employees.

★★★★★Steve1st time jumper here. The customer service was excellent. The place is great. My boy loves it. Quite a few options for jumping off random objects. Swing jumps. All kinds of things to wear these kiddos out. A great place to come. They do need reclining chairs like the other trampoline place we also visit. But overall a great place. We'll be back.
