Deer Run is a nondenominational Christian nonprofit camp on 150 private wooded acres in Thompson's Station, about 10 miles from downtown Franklin and under 40 miles from Nashville, offering both day camp and overnight camp. Campers ages 5-16 move through the summer in cabin groups doing lake activities, a climbing tower, zip line, giant swing, archery and archery tag, laser tag, disc golf, ax throwing and rec games, with sessions running across June and July. Founded in 1998, the site also hosts family camps and year-round retreats.
