⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We brought around 80 middle school students to Deer Creek for our Fall Retreat, and it could not have been a better experience! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate every need — from creating great spaces for our students and leaders, to opening up the coffee shop, and even providing lifeguards for our pool time. The campground is beautiful, so well maintained, and full of fun activities that kept our students engaged all weekend. Every interaction with the team was marked by kindness, flexibility, and genuine care. We left so thankful and already can’t wait to come back. Gosh, so good! 🙌 God is glorified through you Deer Creek Family!

our time at Deer Creek has been nothing short of incredible. our ministry has used Deer Creek for a fall retreat for 18-25 year olds for multiple years & it has been the best experience we could have asked for. everything was planned well in advance, communication between the staff was clear & effective, the activities and meals were a perfect fit for our groups. My 4 kids just had the best week at Deer Creek Camp Epic! This was their first time to attend an overnight camp and while my youngest (7) especially was nervous about being away from home, the counselors were so kind with him and he warmed up to them and he had a great time! They all came home so excited about all of the fun, new experiences they had. I love that the families that run it are so heavily involved and pour so much into every kid there at camp. I could tell they paid so much attention to the details in everything. You can see their heart for kids and sharing God with them through everything they do. My kids LOVED their counselors and I felt really good about leaving my kids in the care of such high caliber kids and families. I love that they point the kids to Jesus at every turn and are very intentionally focused on not just the fun at camp but pushing each kid in their individual walks with the Lord. They all made really sweet friends and cannot wait to attend next year! The Waldo app for photos was awesome to have for me to get a glimpse into camp life and with 4 kids. It also identified where my kids popped up in photos so I didn’t have to search through hundreds of photos for them! The photography team did an awesome job putting out really high quality photos! Also nurse Taylor took good care of my son when he had an incident and got some dirt in his eye and it needed to be flushed. I was thankful someone kind and capable was available for when he needed that. Food was great, even my pickier eaters found something they enjoyed every meal. A highlight of the week for all of them was the coffee shop and camp store. The Finn Special was favorite and they each came home with a couple cute treasures from the store! The system of loading their accounts and cashing out at the end was very easy. Thank you to all the deer creek camp staff for giving our kids an unforgettable week! See you next year!

This Camp was amazing! I am a youth pastor out of Corpus Christi, and I took my youth here this past summer. The students loved it, my team loved it, it was just amazing. The camp grounds were amazing, from the coffee shop to the zip-line. The staff was friendly and hard working. The owners and everyone there work so hard and treat you like family. They loves Jesus and his people and it shows in everything they do. I highly recommend this camp!
