Extremely misleading. During the tour, staff assured us there was no waitlist and immediate enrollment was available. Based on this, we paid the $150 application fee, only to be told afterward that the wait is actually 6 months. When we asked for a refund due to their false information, they refused. It feels like a scam to collect fees from parents. Be very careful and get everything in writing before paying this school anything.

Friendly, professional, qualified, sense of community inside and outside of daycare, an overall amazing experience I am grateful to have. I do wish I felt the communication was more effective (sometimes I feel like I missed information). I trust my child is safe and flourishing in this environment.

This is an amazing daycare. The teachers are phenomenal, the admin team is incredibly supportive. My child has blossomed since being at Daybridge. I cannot say enough good things about Daybridge. Another bonus is it’s a bright horizons center! Bright horizons is an amazing company that truly believe in children and families. Daybridge has become our second family!

My husband and I cannot fully express how much Daybridge impacts our children's lives and helps us as parents. Our son began at 8 weeks old (5yo) and we now have our daughter (1yo) with the center. The staff and teachers are exceptionally caring, providing for our children and their specific needs, and helping them to develop in individualized ways. I have full confidence that our children are in the very best facility, challenged in the classroom, and taught social and emotional skills we believe can only be found in a teacher/student setting. Daybridge has welcomed our family and exceeded the needs of both of our children, especially the specific needs of our daughter who has Down syndrome. In addition to the extraordinary curriculum which is standard at Daybridge, the staff and teachers have gone above and beyond to educate not only themselves but provide an inclusive curriculum in all classes to help our daughter and family feel welcomed and wanted. Not only do the staff and teachers care for our children, but they are an exceptional resource and support system for my husband and me. It’s comforting to know that they get to spend their days with such amazing people, doing amazing things!

I really liked the daycare, however, nobody ever got back to me. They did not seem to care at all when I called asking for clarification as to why it took almost a month since we signed my kids up to be placed on the waitlist. I’m rather disappointed with their behavior towards us. I will definitely not be going here.
