★amber reeseFound this spot for our little family to venture to! It was too cold for beach swimming, so we opted for indoor instead. I should have talked to the locals that say the lifeguards are rude, because WOW that was awful. The front desk was incredibly kind. However, I have never experienced lifeguards so mean. If you have kids, it’s worth the extra to pay OWA or literally anyone else. I would not take my family here for swimming. Even if you’re following the rules, they will pick you apart until you leave.
★★★★★Rob HueyWhat an amazing value for a day pass! I’ve tried another gym in the area for a $10 day pass but wanted to try this center based on friend’s recommendations. I was not disappointed! They have everything you could want to do in a facility from weights, to machines, to yoga to cardio to swimming. As far as I know you have full use of the facilities. I went on Friday morning around 7:00 in the morning and it was definitely busy but I was able to do everything I wanted to including cardio with no waiting. Do be on the lookout for the senior citizens with the cleaning wipes - they love a thorough before and after swabbing so you might get a we butt if you’re too speedy jumping on a machine. 😀

In addition to being tucked away in a cool, quaint, wooded area of town, it’s loaded with all sorts of activities from ping pong to billiards to swimming to basketball to cardio equipment and a weight room. The place is kept very clean; the staff is super friendly and helpful; and the atmosphere is relaxed and laid back. They have $10 one day use memberships which are great for those from out of town. I can’t wait to come back next year.

Doesn't matter if you're young or older. Indoor swimming pool, weightlifting and Cardio, 3 racquetball courts, indoor walking/running track, basketball court, Fitness rooms for their different exercise classes, exceptionally clean restrooms and shower facilities also they have indoor table Sports. 3 pool tables, 2 ping pong tables, foosball table and some other game I'm not sure what it is. Upon request they also have basketballs, rackets for racquetball and safety glasses, and other stuff. That's just what's on the inside.
