★Trammell HouseholdMy kids have been attending this camp for years. This year, however, they denied my kiddo the chance to join his cousins due to being a whole two days late on the registration process, that I actually knew nothing about. It’s also important to note that my family was on summer vacation on the day the registration was due. Nothing was intentional regarding missing the deadline on my part. Both myself and the pastor of the church my kiddos attend with contacted the director and the camp itself immediately upon noticing the error. They seemed like they could not care less. Stating that exceptions were not allowed under any circumstance and had I completed it two days prior, he would have been able to go. Had this been a regular summer camp, perhaps I would have understood. But as a Christian camp meant to build up the relationship between a kiddo and God, I cannot understand turning a child away. What if it were their only chance of knowing and accepting God into their lives? I truly hope the director sees this and understands how upset my kiddo is about being denied his chance to attend this summer and how upset I am as a God-fearing mom. And hopefully they choose to DO BETTER in future similar circumstances.

★★★★Suzanne Lea-FairleyDaniels Camp has had many improvements since my last visit. The food was quite good. It was a better selection and quality. I would have liked to had more than two selections for salad dressing however. The dorms had also been updated The showers had new walls and doors so they were more private. A separate area for your dry clothes would be nice though. The tabernacle and some of the classrooms had been updated too. Lights were added for stage performances and I think insulation had been updated. We froze! But in the summer you need good AC. When we were leaving the pavement was getting a facelift too. Happy to see the place improved. Next need is the pool. :)

The staff is incredible (i wanna know where they get all that energy lol) and I loved how even the adults were ministered to and taught how to connect with our kids better. I would highly recomend
