The communication from the studio leaves something to be desired, entirely. I have attempted on multiple occasions to contact them via voicemails, emails, as well as social media and have not received responses and the hours they are open are restricting to make contact. Purchasing tickets for the shows is required, yet only sold in person and again with only during highly restricted hours of operation.

The staff seem attentive and happy with what they are trying to achieve and I thank you for giving her wonderful experience in learning dance. ONLY thing I found disturbing is when I went to purchase tickets online an add-on of a $6 fee was added to process this payment method I guess? To me this is outrageous and no I will pay the $15 dollars at the door. The parents or grandparents who pay for tuition a year in advance should in my opinion get some sort of break when buying tickets I think.
