Dance Magic has truly been a second home for me. Growing up in the studio, I can confidently say that they laid the foundation for the dancing career I’m about to start. The training, the environment, and the people all played a crucial role in shaping me into the dancer I am today. The staff at Dance Magic is incredible. They’re not only highly skilled and passionate about their craft, but they also know how to connect with kids in such a positive and nurturing way. They create a safe space where children feel comfortable learning, growing, and expressing themselves through dance. Every teacher is patient, kind, and makes sure every dancer gets the attention they need to succeed. What really stands out about Dance Magic is the sense of community they foster. The staff is easy to work with and always approachable. They genuinely care about the progress of every student, and they make sure to provide guidance and support every step of the way. The studio's welcoming atmosphere has made it a place I’ve always looked forward to coming back to, and I know it will always hold a special place in my heart. I feel incredibly fortunate to have trained here, and I truly believe the skills and life lessons I’ve learned will continue to guide me in my professional dance journey. I could go on and on about my bad experiences with this business. In fact this is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. Every time I asked questions it was a problem. From the start it was a feeling that the staff did not want to talk to their clients. They were always short with me and even gave me wrong information and then would act like they didn't know what I was talking about the next time we talked. In the forms they sent me I found many mistakes about the information on the class, but any of this that I brought up fell upon deaf ears, so I quit trying. Lots of communication problems, outdated systems and website, and on and on. My daughter didn't even enjoy the classes because they made her wear shoes that didn't fit so they hurt her feet the whole class. When I expressed my concerns about the shoes, they just said that's how they fit. I was the one paying for the shoes, if I want a bigger size, I should be able to get a bigger size. In the end I pulled my daughter out of these classes and asked for a refund. And even then, had problems. I asked for a breakdown on what I will get refunded for, but I was told by the person on the phone that they weren't in the office so it would have to wait till later. Funny thing is they called me back less than 10 minutes later said I had been refunded and hung up the phone. That was a quick trip to this "office"? And of course, they didn't give me a break down on what I got refunded for. Very disappointed in the experience with this business.
