Coaches were knowledgeable and I got the best full body workout! Environment was not intimidating but rather welcoming even for beginners.

If you’re looking for structured, technique-focused training for a younger child, the group classes may not be the best fit. My 7-year-old does enjoy the sessions (12 and under group), they’re engaging, fun and I love it especially with the number of days they can attend each week. With that said, I was hoping for more emphasis on proper form and instruction during workouts. In my experience, there hasn’t been much correction or guidance on technique, which is something I find really important at this age. The classes feel more like an extra elevated PE-style activity rather than focused skill development. The group sessions are $125 per month (which is perfect), and one-on-one training is $70 per session. I was advised that one-on-one would meet those expectations, and I’ve seen the coaches during one-on-one sessions they are knowledgeable and clearly know what they’re doing. However, I’m not able to afford one-on-one training, which is why I was hoping for more instruction within the group setting. I was also told that in a group environment they’re not able to correct every child, which I understand due to time, but to me, proper form and technique should still be a key emphasis of any training program, or at least correct modeling since it is groups. The entire staff is very friendly, energetic and welcoming, which I appreciated. Overall, that’s my only concern if they incorporate more correct modeling of exercises and technique guidance in the group sessions before they do the workout (than just a quick do this), this program could easily be top tier. Great to just get your kids out the house for movement and strengthening related activities.

Great group and awesome facility. If you are looking for people that care and are driven to help and encourage you look no further. Everyone you meet and talk to treats you like family not a customer.

We asked for an individualized speed and agility training for my son who is a 13 year old baseball player. We were paired with Jensen. After just a few sessions my son dropped 0.9 of a second off of his best 60 meter time. Jensen clearly has gotten him in a better place with his speed, and while not as measurable his agility seems better too. We love the workouts.
